10h45 Knights will take their seats – followed by the processions
11h00 Divisional Conclave will be opened
12h30 Informal Lunch
13h00 Team for the Appendant Orders will rehearse
14h00 Candidates for the Appendant Order will report to the Div. Marshal
14h15 Knights will take their seats in the Sanctuary
14h30 A Sanctuary of the Noble and Invincible Order of the Holy Sepulchre will be opened
16h30 Aperitif
17h15 Knights will take their seats in the dining room
17h30 Dinner
3 Soft rolls, 1 croquet and 1 drink
2 course dinner including 2 drinks
